In his former life Tony was a chemist.
He still does chemistry it just tastes 
better now.

Suzanne is an artist,
she is also the head of marketing,
​ front of the house, and the voice of reason. 
​ 

​Our oldest Isaac and his partner
Dusky come and act as guinea pigs for
Tony's latest recipe ideas when
​they are not at home in California.

When Sage (the middle child) is not away at college
​ he sits at the bar, waiting for beer.

Benny  is our youngest  and  "loves"
to "help" around the shop.

This is Courage. He has not really
contributed much to the shop other
than the inspiration for the blue
dog on the sign. Regardless, his enthusiasm
for​ life is inspiring.
